[Noah] (I am a) Bright Child
Today Mom took me to this AWESOME indoor gym called Bright Child (not just tootin' my horn, here, people - it's really called that!).  I had so much fun.

I went running, and jumping, and climbing, and sliding, and golfing, and throwing, and in a firetruck, and through a tube, and...and...

I'm pooped.

And then I shocked the poop out of Mom by picking up some cheese and saying "triangle."  And then "square" and then "circle."  I know my shapes, people!
[Noah] Big Boy Bed
I love my new big boy bed!!  It's so comfy, and I get to sleep with a pillow now (that isn't Gato).

I still haven't quite gotten the hang of the whole head-at-the-top-feet-at-the-bottom thing, but I'm getting there.

At least I'm not rolling off.  ;-)
[Noah] I'll Eat You Up!!!
I was Max - from Where the Wild Things Are - this year for Halloween, and I was quite the Wild Thing!!

I had a wolf suit with a tail and ears and claws, and then I wore my crown when I became KING of all Wild Things.

I even chased the dog around. :-)

Daddy showed me how to knock on door and say Trick or Treat!  Which I did a lot.  And got lots of candy out of the deal, too!

Mom's not all that happy about the candy...she said she'd be packing on the pounds...I don't really know what that means.  All I know is, I love me some chocolate.

Wild Thing!!
[Noah] Big Fish!
Today Daddy took me for my first trip to the Long Beach Acquarium to see big fish.  We actually saw seals, sea lions, starfish, eels, jellyfish and lots more.  Mommy worked this weekend, so Daddy has been going all over the place with me.  It's been fun.  We still miss Mommy though!
[Noah] Social Butterfly
Mom and Dad are calling me a social butterfly - I don't really know why.  I'm only calling my buddy Jax about 4 or 5 times a night.

And we just chat.  You know, catch up on the day.  Even though we played all day together at school.

Oh, hang on...the phone is ringing...

"Herro, Jax?"
[Mom] A Bad Encounter with a Boot
I picked up a new toy this weekend - a 2009 Mini Cooper Convertible, in Laser Blue.  I love it, and Noah loves it too!

Unfortunately, the "blue beep-beep" as it is known didn't make a very fine introduction to Noah.  Today I spent some time moving things in to the new car, and left the boot (trunk) open while doing so.  Noah ran out of the house, all a-twitter about the new car, and ran SMACK into the corner of the boot.

Stunned more than harmed, he still got a pretty good gash on the side of his left eye.  I have a feeling that's going to leave a permanent mark.

The injury didn't seem to affect Noah's enthusiasm over the blue beep-beep, though, and we still enjoyed a day out and about with the top down.

Noah's first scar...it breaks my heart.  But, he's a boy - it's bound to happen sooner or later, and I'm sure it's going to happen again a lot.

[Noah] Starting School Tomorrow!
I had the day off today to get ready for my new school tomorrow.  I'm pretty jazzed about trying something new, but, a little scared.  I'll write a report of my first week after I get settled in.
[Noah] Mountain Man
Today we went up to the mountains to visit my buddy Nickolas.  He and I went to school together until he moved farther away.

He lives way up in the mountains in a cool house.  It was fun to see him again and chase him around the house.  After dinner, we went to a golf course where they had a live band.  I danced and tried to steal a golf cart.  Good times.
[Noah] Fireworks!
BOOM! BOOM!

We went out tonight to see fireworks in Moorpark.  First we had dinner with our neighbors, and I snoozed in the car on the way to the fireworks.  It was really cool, and I loved all the lights and sound.

BOOM!  BOOM!  BOOM!
[Noah] Grandparents!
My Grandmom and Granddad came to visit from Florida this week!  This was their first trip out to see me, and we packed in all sorts of fun stuff.

On Saturday, they arrived late in the day, so we just had dinner together and sent them to the hotel to get some sleep.

On Sunday, we went to the beach in Malibu.  It was fun driving out there and putting my feet in the sand.

On Monday, we went to the Underwood Family Farms where I showed my grandparents all my favorite animals.  In the afternoon, we drove to the Santa Barbara Pier and walked all around.  Then we had pizza.

On Tuesday, we went to Daddy's work and walked around the campus while I put my hand in all the water fountains.  After we had In-N-Out for lunch (yum!), we went to the Reagan Library and saw the big airplane.

I'm so glad they came out.
